Biography
Currently working as a freelance interior and graphic designer, Aliza received a Master of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from the Corcoran College of
Art + Design in 2008.
In 2009, Aliza became a LEED Accredited Professional through the United States Green Building Council and is committed to sustainably designed interiors.
Aliza has also studied architecture and interior design at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London, England and the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California.
In April 2008, Aliza was the recipient of the Corcoran College of Art + Design Faculty Award for Artistic Excellence in both Studio & Academic Work.
Aliza is a student member of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID). While in graduate school, Aliza served as the Corcoran College of Art + Design ASID student chapter president where her primary focus was community service and outreach in the DC metro area. In 2007-2008 Aliza served as a board member on the Washington DC Metro Chapter board as the DC Metro area Student Representative.
Aliza received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art and Psychology from Binghamton University, State University of New York.
